Food production department is aslo known as kitchen and also known as the backbone of any hotel. This department is responsible to create and offer delicious dishes to both in-house and out-house guests.

Food & Beverage service department is the place where all types of foods and beverages are served. This department co-ordinates with Food production department to design a menu, fix the cost of dishes.

FRONT OFFICE NOTES

Front office department is responsible for reservations of rooms to the clients. This department co-ordinates with the housekeeping department to get the rooms clean on time.

Housekeeping/Accommodation department is responsible for up keep and maintenance of the entire hotel areas, moreover this department makes the guest rooms ready for sale. it cleans the all types of linen and supplies to the other departments as per their needs.
